Well, this proves to be a strong reason for all fish lovers across the world to devour this delectable dish without much effort! If you are on the lookout for some delicious smoked salmon recipes then, you can take a look at some of the interesting options given below.

Recipe 1

You can use this recipe to prepare some delicious sushi rolls.
Ingredients
Japanese sushi rice (2 cups)
Avocado - peeled and sliced (1)
Cucumber - peeled and sliced (1)
Rice wine vinegar (6 tablespoons)
Nori -dry seaweed (6 sheets)
Wasabi paste (8 ounces)
Smoked salmon - cut into long strips (8 ounces)

Preparation
Before you begin this recipe, you would need to soak the rice for at least 4 hours. Then, drain the rice and cook it with 2 cups of water in a cooker. Once cooked, add around 6 tablespoons of rice vinegar. Once done, spread the rice on a plate so that it cools down.

Meanwhile, take a bamboo mat and place a sheet of seaweed on this. You now need to press a thin layer of rice onto this seaweed sheet. But ensure you leave at least inch of the top and bottom edge in an uncovered state. Add some of the wasabi paste onto the rice carefully. Then, place avocado, cucumber and smoked salmon on the rice but while doing so, ensure you place them at the bottom edge of the seaweed.

Meanwhile, moisten the top edge of the seaweed. Then, roll the top edge and use the bamboo mat to make it into a tight roll. Now, cut the roll into 8 pieces. The same procedure can be repeated with all the other rolls and these rolls would now be ready to be devoured!

Keep a few salmon flakes aside, which can be used later. Meanwhile, take a separate bowl and combine all the ingredients for dressing together. Now, mix the cooked pasta along with the rest of the salad ingredients. Follow this up by adding the dressing. Toss it lightly so that it mixes well. Use the smoked salmon flakes as garnish along with tomatoes and parsley. Chill this preparation and serve.

Ingredients
Cream Cheese (1 large pack)
Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)

First, you need to cut the onion into quarter-sized pieces. Then, place the onion in the food processor. Ensure they are chopped evenly.
