Baked Fish Recipes

It goes without saying that fish can be cooked in a variety of ways and whether fried or baked, this always proves tempting for me, which may hold true for all fish lovers across the world! Fish cooked by following the methods of any cuisine can satiate the taste buds of those craving to devour fish, always! These recipes are bound to give you many options to cook fish in a variety of mouth-watering ways! Use them and add more variety to the way you cook!

Recipe 1

Ingredients
Boiling chicken broth (1-1/2 cups)
Uncooked long grain rice (1/2 cup)
Paprika - 1 dash
Cheddar cheese - shredded (1/2 cup)
Italian seasoning (1/4 teaspoon)
Grated Parmesan cheese (1 tablespoon)
French fried onions - divided (1 can - 2.8 ounce)
Fresh or frozen fish fillets - thawed (1 pound)
Garlic powder (1/4 teaspoon)
Frozen cut broccoli - thawed and drained (1 package- 10 ounce)

Preparation
Take a greased baking dish and combine the following ingredients in this- rice, broth, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Then cover this preparation and bake it for at least 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Once done, add the Parmesan cheese along with the broccoli and onions. Add the fish fillets on top. Now, sprinkle some amount of paprika. Then, cover it again and bake for about 20 minutes. Once the fish is baked evenly, uncover the same and sprinkle some cheddar cheese on top. Use some onions as well. Place this back into the oven until the cheese melts slightly.

Recipe 2

Ingredients
Fresh fish (2 lbs.)
Butter - melted (3 tablespoons)
Paprika (1 teaspoon)
Skim milk (1/2 cup)
Bread crumbs (3/4 cup)

Preparation
First, you need to wash the fillets and dry it with paper towels. Then, lightly grease a baking pan. Meanwhile, you need to preheat the oven to 500 degrees. The fillets should now be dipped into the skim milk followed by a dip in the breadcrumbs. Then, place the fillets in the pan and pour the melted butter over it. Sprinkle some amount of paprika as well. Once done, place it in the oven. Bake the fish uncovered for around 10 minutes. Add some lemon wedges while serving!

Recipe 3

Ingredients
Boned fish (2-1/2 pounds)
Carrot - diced (1)
Salt and pepper
White wine (1 cup)
Olive oil (1/4 cup)
Chopped leek /onion (2 tbsp)
Water or fish stock (1/2 cup)
Halved mushroom caps (1/2 cup)

Preparation
Use some amount of butter to grease a baking pan. Meanwhile, wash the fish and place it in this pan. Heat some amount of olive oil in a skillet and cook the mushrooms in this. Add the carrots and leek as well. After 5 minutes, add some water, wine and seasoning to this preparation. Cook the vegetables and let it simmer. Once done, place the vegetables with the liquid on the fish. Now, use a lid to cover this pan and bake it in the oven at 350 degree F. You may need to bake the fish for 20 minutes. Use some quantity of the boiled liquid and pour it over the fish when you are just about to serve the same! This will add a different flavor to your dish.
