  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Root (Minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

In a medium-sized pan or skillet pour the desired amount of canola oil and saut the grated lemon peel and minced ginger over medium heat flame. Saut it until slight golden-brown in color and also aromatic. Once attained that stage. Take the pan off the heat and crush in some red pepper (crushed) and stir. Now you will have to wait for the canola oil to cool off completely. The moment you see that happening, slowly whisk the lemon juice in the pan and keep it aside.

  • 4 teaspoons White Wine

Initially before beginning the procedure of cooking a baked a rainbow trout, grease a 13x9 inch pan by liquid shortening.   • 2 teaspoons Lemon Peel (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Capers
  • White Pepper
Preparation

First step, get hold of a skillet. Melt 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 divided butter chunk in the skillet over a medium-high heat flame. Next, add and fry fillets with its raw flesh side down. Fry for about 2 minutes, until it is slightly golden in color. Once you fry the trouts flesh side, with your spatula, gently turn the fillets on the other side and cook them for another 2 minutes more. Now that all the fillets are nicely fried, serve them in a platter and keep them aside for sometime. Cover them so that they remain warm.
